Mother's Day Prep
Have you ever noticed that stores have Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July, Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas, and every other Holiday set out month’s in advance? It’s all over the place letting you know where to buy the decor and when to get it by. What happened to Mother’s Day? You pretty much have to hunt down an employee to find out where specific gifts or items are for Mom’s.
We believe Mothers should be celebrated every day of the year, but in reality, that just doesn’t happen.
So here is our one day moms, where we can just take the day for ourselves.
The challenge arises because so often we fail to voice what we want and what would make this day the best for us. In addition, we tend to put ourselves last, have lower expectations and think that those that should know actually know and will follow through. We all agree that the best time we’ve had on Mother’s Day was when we voiced what we wanted and got all the people heading in that same mindset for the most part, which is no small task. So getting them ready for this big day, is essential for a better Mother’s Day! In our efforts to help, we’ve gathered a few ideas to easily pass on to those who need it…because let’s be honest, not everyone wants hand made crafts while others do.
